Independent Sector is pleased to offer our space for rent to IS members and other organizations in the nonprofit and philanthropic community.

About Our Space

Our conference space includes 318 square feet of total meeting space. 

The larger section is 252 square feet. The smaller section is 66 square feet. Our meeting space is multi-functional with high tech audiovisual capabilities.

The conference rooms are available during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. The conference rooms are not available on weekends and holidays.

IS is conveniently located near the metro on both the red (Farragut north) and blue lines (Farragut West).

Limited parking at the IS building is available for approximately $15.00 per day.

Additional parking is also available nearby.
