Support for the Public Good IRA Rollover Act of 2007 is also growing in Congress. Now we need to build on this support so the IRA rollover continues to benefit individuals and communities. Here's how you can help:

• Ask your lawmakers to cosponsor the Public Good IRA Rollover Act. You can personalize a sample letter by describing your organization and how the people you serve have gained from the IRA rollover. Check the current cosponsors for S.819 and H.R. 1419 and locate contact information for your Senators and Representative.

• Call your Members of Congress to let them know you support this legislation and to meet with them in their district offices during Congress’ upcoming August recess (August 6- September 4) to ask them to support the IRA Rollover. • Encourage your IRA rollover donors to send a letter of support to their lawmakers.
