Diversity and the Talent Pipeline: Producing Real Progress*
Achieving diversity and inclusion in the workplace and promoting leadership development are persistent challenges in our sector. Although these issues are discussed regularly, progress has often been slow to nonexistent. Come to this in-depth working session to identify obstacles that limit your ability to generate change and formulate ways to move the sector ahead more rapidly. The session will start with a large group framing discussion, followed by smaller groups examining key problems and possible solutions through case studies. This innovative lab will yield tangible strategies and action items to improve your understanding of diversity and talent issues, and you will leave with commitments from the group to create lasting change after the conference.
