The 2009 cohort’s group project examined how emerging leaders across sectors can contribute to a conversation that generates collaborative solutions to society’s most pressing problems.
The 2010 cohort's final report, Changing the Status Quo: Intentional Succession Planning Through Leadership Development, aims to spark further discussion about how our sector can make comprehensive leadership development a more intentional part of our progress toward advancing the common good.
The 2011 cohort's project, Leading Through Data, focused on the use of data as a critical next generation skill for the social sector.
The 2012 cohort's project is currently underway.
