About the NGen Conference Program
What is the NGen Conference Program?
The NGen Conference Program brings together nonprofit and philanthropic leaders, age 40 and under, for networking and professional development. This gathering of more than 120 next generation leaders complements the Independent Sector National Conference by strengthening the capacity of the sector's emerging leaders to contribute to addressing our society's most pressing social challenges.
