The following webinars continue our commitment to building on the work accomplished during the White House Forum on Nonprofit Talent and Leadership on November 15, 2011. During the Forum we heard from senior administration and nonprofit sector leaders and then split into working sessions on five topic areas.
The goal of the working sessions was to develop a set of goals and
strategies to serve as a blueprint for the sector to address issues of human
capital and leadership development. Learn more about the Initiative for Nonprofit Talent and Leadership.
The purpose of the webinars is to
share the results of the groups’ discussions during the Forum and invite
reactions and advance that work by further refining the goals and strategies. These were followed by a Town Hall Convening on May 15. Watch the convening webinar.
