Without good data, leadership is ineffective at best. But using data ineffectively can be an even more dangerous proposition. In a world that demands results, you must be prepared to effectively collect, analyze, and apply information to improve our organization’s ability to advance the mission. This webinar discussed the connection between leadership and data, uncovering best practices for applying information in a way that intentionally informs work, leading teams to achieve measurable results, and weaving qualitative and quantitative information into the work of leadership.
Over the weekend of March 3rd, the 2011 American Express NGen Fellows participated in a data dive with Data Without Borders for their ongoing project, Leading Through Data. Read more about the datadive, their project, and perspectives on data on the NGen Blog.
