How often are we asked, as young professionals, to step up into roles of leadership that we don’t quite feel prepared for? And how often do we find ourselves experiencing the fallout from poor leadership? We have a responsibility as the next and “now” generation of leaders to invest in our own leadership development. As we sit on boards, direct our departments, implement initiatives and run nonprofit organizations it will be critical for us to not only know how to manage tasks and individuals, but to also lead the way.
