On Wednesday morning, we heard from Luz Vega-Marquis of the Marguerite Casey Foundation, Candy Hill from Catholic Charities USA, and Pat Read from Independent Sector in a lively session about nonprofit advocacy. The session began with Candy and Luz sharing the experiences of their organizations engaging in public policy and advocacy in serious ways over the past few years.
