Internal Revenue Service Tax Form 990

Independent Sector's IRS Form 990 reports annually on our revenues, assets, expenditures, and compensation. All are in pdf format and many are large documents -- as much as 4 mb -- because of our desire to have clearly readable files.

IS continues to file our Form 990 electronically. We support electronic filing, since its use by all charitable organizations will increase compliance with Form 990 requirements and give the public more timely access to information about the sector.
