Developing the next generation of nonprofit leaders is critical to the ability of charities and foundations to improve lives around the world. The NGen: Moving Nonprofit Leaders from Next to Now program helps expand and improve the nonprofit talent pool by developing the leadership skills and networks of emerging leaders under 40.

The 2009 NGen Program is sponsored in part by

NGen complements the main program of the Annual Conference by offering:

  • Targeted workshop sessions addressing topics important to emerging leaders
  • Opportunities for rising young leaders to connect
  • Networking with established leaders of all ages on issues central to the nonprofit community
  • A fellowship program designed to recognize committed young leaders already making an impact in the sector

How to Register
There is no additional cost to participate in NGen, but advance sign-up is required for the program and for specific sessions or events. Sign up in Step 6 of conference registration.
