CEO Track events were open only to heads of IS member organizations who are registered for the full conference.

Executive Coaching: Supporting the Leadership Team
Chief executives of nonprofit organizations juggle myriad responsibilities and challenges that can sometimes be overwhelming. Executive coaching, a relatively new approach in the nonprofit world, provides support to the leadership team and enhances its capacity to tackle leadership issues. Hear how leaders of charitable organizations have benefited from it.

Nonprofits face increasing demands to be more accountable and effective. To meet this challenge, organizations must be more efficient in the delivery of services and improve on their existing knowledge base. This session will discuss the rationale behind knowledge management, how information is generated and shared in organizations, what systems should be put in place, and who should be responsible for managing the processes and systems.

As chair of the U.S. Senate Finance Committee, Senator Charles Grassley (R-IA) leads one of the most influential and powerful committees in the U.S. government.
